About Me

Hello, and thank you for considering me in your path to wellness. I am a Colorado Springs native with over seven years of massage therapy experience. I graduated from Altierus Career College (decommissioned) Advanced Massage Therapy course.

I have worked both in spa settings as well as clinical settings, including the Olympic Training Center and have accumulated over 10,000+ hours of direct, hands on time. 

My main modalities are Swedish massage and deep tissue massage. I also offer sports massage for both pre and post events, prenatal massage (2nd trimester and on), hot stone massage, trigger point therapy, and Active Isolated Stetching (AIS) massage. Whether you are in pain from your general lifestyle, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or just need to decompress and relax, I have got you covered.
